Who is Eligible?
The Get-Fit Body Fitness Challenge is open to all individuals’ ages 18 years and older and will be divided in to three age groups. All employees of Club Rhino’s and San Diego Fitness Centers may participate but will not be eligible to win.
There will be a entry fee.

The age group has two winners, one female and one male. Each winner of each age division will receive a cash prize of $300.

All participants must be at least 18 years of age before starting the Get-Fit Body Challenge in February of each year. A specific date will be announced.

Why hold the Get-Fit Body Challenge?
The Get-Fit Body Challenge contest is a way to keep individuals motivated, disciplined and inspired to make nutrition and exercising a priority in their lives.

The nutrition and exercising will better one’s health and the body transformation will better one’s self-esteem and also, get them through and beyond the New Year’s Resolution phase.

This contest will have SIX AGE divisions that will is displayed below for men and women.
Ages 18 – 39 years for each men and women have their own class.
Ages 40 - 49 years for each men and women have their own class.
Ages 50 years & over for each men and women will have their own class.

How is the winner determined?
The bodyweight, body-fat loss and improved physical appearance will be taken into consideration. And all contestants must also include a 300 minimum word essay on what motivated them, what sacrifices they made and other matters they experienced while doing the Get-Fit Body Challenge contest during the twelve (12) weeks.

All participants’ after-photos will be taken at the end of the 12th week and your essay must be completed and handed in the following week.

How do I enter the Get-Fit Body Fitness Challenge?
The registration date will be announced. There will be a $60. entry fee.
A starting photo of each participant will be taken. (Date to be announced).
Each individual will be given a packet where they will keep their eating diary and their body composition (measurements and body fat percentage) records.
All checks written to, “Lorenzo’s Personalized Fitness”.
